I made some kimchi bokkeumbap, and I have to say, it’s delicious! Just sautee some onion and garlic, add kimchi, rice and season, afterwards add some chopped green onion, and drizzle some sesame oil, no need for egg or meat to make it delicious, so it’s really a fitting meal for a vegan or Food Combining follower. Gonna have this for my super late lunch, yum yum yum!
